CHRISTIAN SERVICE SOCIETY
The Christian Service Society (CSS) is a non-profit and non-governmental socio-economic development organization working on disaster response, health, education, economic empowerment, women empowerment, HIV/AIDS and child labor issues in Bangladesh since 1972. Its overall objective is to lift the marginalized communities of Bangladesh from the vicious cycle of poverty, and it envisions a society free from discrimination and injustice where men and women will contribute equally to the overall development process.
KHMER HIV/AIDS NGOS ALLIANCE (KHANA)
The Khmer HIV/AIDS NGOs Alliance, known as KHANA, was established as a non-governmental organization in 2000 and is a partner of Frontline AIDS. It works in collaboration with a strong network of community-based implemented partners. Utilizing a community mobilization approach, KHANA provides services for non-communicable diseases to vulnerable communities (people living with HIV and tuberculosis, orphans) and educates them on their sexual reproductive health rights. Through the years, it has become one of the largest organizations advocating for HIV prevention and HIV-related tuberculosis care, support and treatment.
OPENROOM
OpenRoom is an online sex education platform established in 2016 and composed of a group of young adults from university students, teachers, social workers, entrepreneurs to journalists, dedicated to improving sex education in Hong Kong. Its goal is to help people understand sex and gender issues from multiple perspectives and change traditional methods for sex education to enhance awareness.
RURAL HEALTH ORGANIZATION
Established in the Manipur state of India in 1986, the Rural Health Organization (RHO) is a non-government organization that has spearheaded HIV/AIDS prevention and control as well as substance abuse prevention and treatment. RHO has been recognized for its work in vulnerable communities, such as users that inject drugs, high risk adolescents and youth, to prevent substance abuse and HIV/AIDS.
HARAPAN TAHETA FOUNDATION YAYASAN HARAPAN TAHETA
Harapan Taheta Foundation (HTF) was established in 2016 amid concerns about the slow progress of improvement in the health sector for vulnerable and marginal groups. With the vision of “becoming a professional, strong and independent foundation in the health sector with an orientation towards a prosperous society”, HTF supports local governments through empowerment and advocacy programs.
RED RIBBON SAPPORO NPO法人 レッドリボンさっぽろ
Red Ribbon Sapporo is a voluntary organization established in 1993. At the time of its inauguration, it was a very difficult period for people living with HIV and AIDS as discrimination was commonplace and treatments were limited. To tackle this issue and improve the social environment, the gay community came together for a study session and started distributing red ribbons – a symbol for people living with HIV and AIDS, on the streets of Japan. With continued support from the wider community, Red Ribbon Sapporo has been able to continue its activities that made a positive impact for more than 29 years.
JAPAN FOUNDATION FOR AIDS PREVENTION 公益財団法人 エイズ予防財団
The Japan Foundation for AIDS Prevention believes in the importance of supporting the HIV-positive people and its community. It contributes to enhancing the welfare and health of people living with AIDS and HIV by: promoting accurate information on the diseases; supporting research for prevention, diagnosis and treatment; preventing the spread of AIDS and HIV through international communication; and eliminating prejudice and discrimination. In doing so, the organization hopes to protect the rights of people affected by AIDS.
AKTA
akta is an information center for the LGBT community and people living with HIV and AIDS. It is located in Shinjuku Ni-chōme – an area often said to be home to the largest gay community in Asia. akta provides information on a variety of topics: sexual health and diseases, LGBT sexuality, mental health, testing and screening, drugs and dependance. Visitors may also view the memoirs of people living with HIV at akta.
MYANMAR YOUTH STARS
Established in 2012, Myanmar Youth Stars (MYS) is a youth-led community-based organization working with and for Young Key Population (YKP) affected by HIV. MYS strives to enhance the capacity of YKP and to help them obtain equal access to health information and services. MYS is directly engaged with more than 1,500 YKP members in 18 townships across the country and carrying out the followings: advocating for the rights of YKP related to HIV and SRH; awareness raising and knowledge sharing on relevant topics; emergency response and community led research.
THE GREENHOUSE COMMUNITY SERVICES LTD
The Greenhouse is a substance use recovery center for marginalized and vulnerable communities that find it especially hard to seek help. It provides data-driven, evidence-based and trauma-informed care that is holistic and integrated, within a safe and supportive environment. The Greenhouse’s beneficiaries include sexual minorities, racial minorities, those who are HIV+ and formerly incarcerated individuals.
WIKIMEDIA KOREA
Wikimedia Korea, an approved local chapter of the Wikimedia Foundation, is a non-profit organization founded in 2014 in Seoul to promote and support Wikimedia projects. Wikimedia projects are hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation in California, and its most famous project is Wikipedia - an online encyclopedia.
TAIWAN HIVSTORY ASSOCIATION 感染誌
The Taiwan HIVStory Association, established in 2019, is dedicated to ending discrimination and empowering people living with HIV and AIDS. By engaging the community to write their experiences and share their stories, the organization bolsters the participation of the HIV and AIDS-positive community in society. Furthermore, by distributing and publishing AIDS-related content, the organization hopes to enhance society’s understanding of AIDS prevention and human rights.
TAIWAN TONGZHI (LGBTQ+) HOTLINE ASSOCIATION 台灣同志諮詢熱線協會
Established in 1998 as the first and largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQ+) organization in Taiwan, the Taiwan Tongzhi (LGBTQ+) Hotline Association provides a variety of community services and resources for the LGBTQ+ community. Through gender-inclusive sexuality education, policy advocacy, and international cooperation. The organization hopes to eliminate social discrimination and unequal treatment of LGBTQ+ people to help them achieve a better quality of life.
TAIWAN SOCIETY OF PREVENTIVE MEDICINE 彩虹酷兒健康文化中心
Providing gender-friendly health services for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQ+) community, the Taiwan Society of Preventive Medicine’s “Rainbow Queer Health Culture Center” has a diversified range of health consultation services, such as anonymous HIV screening and psychological counselling, as well as educational materials that promote understanding of LGBTQ+ health issues. Established in 2014, it also advocates for safe and responsible sexual relations and behaviors within the LGBTQ+ community and hopes to become a safe space and hub for non-binary people in Taipei.
THE PLANNED PARENTHOOD ASSOCIATION OF THAILAND
Under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother, the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand (PPAT) is a leading non-governmental organization that advocates for policies and frameworks on sexual and reproductive health/rights. The organization reaches out to adolescents to solve and prevent unplanned teen pregnancies, and increase HIV/AIDs awareness and prevention. It also creates projects that are in line with Thai government policy, and tackles various core issues such as increasing knowledge of reproductive health and rights to vulnerable and marginalized groups of people.
GLINK VIETNAM
Glink is a community-based organization established in 2011 to support the execution of projects that address health issues impacting vulnerable communities such as HIV and STI prevention, as well as treatment for MSM (gay, bisexuals and other men who have sex with men). Following valuable support provided by USAID and PATH, they set up the Glink Clinic and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City in 2015. This private clinic became the first in Vietnam to provide antiretroviral therapy treatment for people living with HIV, and it has since been expanded to other cities and provinces such as Hanoi, Can Tho and Dong Nai.
AIDS CONCERN 關懷愛滋
AIDS Concern was established in 1990 as the first non-government charity organization committed to the service of AIDS care in Hong Kong. Our founders were dedicated to improving the living standards for people living with HIV; and to stop the spread of HIV. AIDS Concern facilitates public health education and awareness programs to eliminate misunderstandings about HIV/AIDS and create a more supportive society for early testing and treatment.
GAY HARMONY 大同
Founded in 2009, Gay Harmony is a Hong Kong based non-profit LGBT organization that advocates for gay rights and legislation against discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression. Gay Harmony provides multidimensional services including sexual health check-ups, physical, mental, and social health support services for sexual minorities, as well as public education programs to help eliminate public stigma and stereotypes against the LGBTQ.
HONG KONG AIDS FOUNDATION 香港愛滋病基金會
The Hong Kong AIDS Foundation was established in 1991 and is a non-governmental social service organization. The Foundation’s mission is to limit the spread of HIV infection in the community. Throughout the years, the Foundation has been actively engaged in the promotion of AIDS education, the provision of various services, and nurturing a harmonious and caring environment for those infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
THE SOCIETY FOR AIDS CARE 愛滋寧養服務協會
Established in 1994, the Society for AIDS Care is the first NGO in Asia that provides high-quality, direct patient care services to children, adults, and elderly people living with HIV/AIDS and their caregivers. A team of professional nurses, social workers, counselors, and physiotherapists provide a range of outreach and center-based services for the care and prevention of HIV/AIDS which include an HIV hotline as well as free HIV and syphilis testing services. The Society for AIDS Care is committed to providing professional services to PLWHA to strengthen their self-care capabilities and build their self-confidence to facilitate their reintegration to the community.
ASHODAYA SAMITHI ಆಶೋದಯ ಸಮಿತಿ(ನೋ)
Ashodaya Samithi is a sex workers’ organization founded in 2004 that is of, for and by the sex worker community. It is governed by a democratically elected body of sex workers who pledged to uplift and holistically improve the lives of sex workers. Ashodaya has over 8000 female, male, and transwoman members and its operations span 4 districts in Southern Karnataka.
KARNATAKA NETWORK OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV
Karnataka Network of People Living with HIV (KNP+), is a state-level network of HIV positive people in Karnataka registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act on 18th September 1998 at Bangalore. In the past 20 years, KNP+ registered tremendous growth in terms of advocacy, service delivery, and network building. KNP+ caters and address HIV care needs of people living with HIV/AIDS in Karnataka. The organization reaches out to nearly 1.5 million PLHIVs in the state through its 28 affiliated District Level Networks.

Voluntary Health Services (VHS) is a non-profit 465 bedded multi-specialty tertiary teaching hospital in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, delivering affordable and modern medical services to the lower income groups over the past 60 years.
YERALA PROJECTS SOCIETY येरळा प्रोजेक्ट्स सोसायटी (येप्रोसो)
Yerala Projects Society is a registered not-for-profit charitable organisation working in India since 1976. YPS is working in partnership with – Central and State Governments, national and international donor organizations, consulates, corporates, individuals and community. Since 2002, YPS is engaged in HIV/AIDS primary prevention and control, reducing social stigma and discrimination, the empowerment and sustainable livelihoods for people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
YAYASAN GAYA DEWATA
Yayasan Gaya Dewata (YGD) is the first and oldest community-based organization for the LGBTIQ community in Bali. YGD’s vision is to create equality between the LGBTIQ community and the general population in Indonesia, especially in Bali. To realize this vision, YGD’s core objectives are to a) raise awareness on LGBTIQ health needs, especially sexual health, b) defend and protect LGBTIQ community human rights, c) empower LGBTIQ community, d) build and strengthen the community with a multi-sectoral/multi-stakeholder approach.

Place Tokyo has been active for nearly a quarter-century in Tokyo, where 30% of people living with HIV, or PLHIV, in Japan reside. As a community-based organization, Place Tokyo has been continuously providing PLHIV, their partners and family members with quality care and support, with the aim of empowering their HIV-affected lives to be as much as they used to be.

Established in 2011, Humana People to People Laos (HPP Laos) is part of the global Federation Humana People to People. The organization provides community services in the areas of health, water, sanitation and hygiene, sustainable agriculture and nutrition. HPP Laos’ mission is to work in partnership with disadvantaged communities, empowering them to mobilize and work together, with the vision of achieving the change they desire for their community.

Federation of Reproductive Health Associations, Malaysia (FRHAM) is the leading service-based, non-profit NGO in Malaysia that advocates and promotes sexual and reproductive health. This includes family planning, reproductive rights of women, men and young people, and sexual education as per the Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) method. In 2012, FRHAM was awarded the United Nations Population Award for our work with vulnerable communities such as sex workers, people living with HIV, and young people.
NAZ MALE HEALTH ALLIANCE
Naz Male Health Alliance a.k.a NAZ is the first ever non-governmental technical support agency in Pakistan, and have been working since 2010 to improve the health, welfare and human rights of gender & sexual minorities and their partners across Pakistan. Naz envisions a Pakistan where every person, irrespective of their sexual orientation or gender identity, is able to attain human rights, dignity, and prosper as healthy and equal members of society.
YOUTH ADVOCACY COUNCIL
Youth Advocacy Council (YAC) is a youth-led non-governmental organization registered in Pakistan. Founded in 2012, YAC is committed to serving the needs of vulnerable youths, and marginalized groups, especially the transgender and minority communities across Pakistan. YAC engages multi-stakeholders, and conducts social and educational interventions, with the aim of educating, sensitizing, and empowering marginalized groups and young people.
YOUTH ASSOCIATION FOR DEVELOPMENT
Youth Association for Development (YAD) is a Baluchistan based and youth-led organization with a human rights-based approach. Founded in 2002 and registered in 2005, YAD works with a participatory development approach across sectors to bring long-term change and sustainable development in Pakistan through research and data, community mobilization, awareness-building, dialogues, advocacy and campaigning, networking and capacity building. Our mission is to promote peace, justice, social and interfaith harmony, freedom and democracy, human rights, equality and equity, health, education, climate actions, road safety, and social development in Pakistan.

Oogachaga is a community-based, non-profit, professional organisation working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and queer (LGBTQ+) individuals, couples and families in Singapore since 1999. In 2024, we mark 25 years of affirming and supporting Singapore’s LGBTQ+ community.

The Korea Federation for HIV/AIDS Prevention is an NGO founded in 1993. The federation runs a center providing counseling, HIV/AIDS prevention education, and medical check-ups for gender minorities and foreign residents in South Korea.
LOVE4ONE 러브포원
LOVE4ONE supports people living with HIV (PLHIV) in Korea to lead healthy, independent lives. Recognizing the structural barriers to healthcare, welfare access, and human rights, LOVE4ONE engages in various activities to improve the lives of PLHIV.
These activities include connecting PLHIV to psychological counseling services and providing financial support for these services, conducting comprehensive surveys on the values and experiences of the PLHIV community in Korea, and offering networking opportunities for HIV/AIDS human rights activists. Additionally, LOVE4ONE holds workshops on suicide prevention for the PLHIV population, serves on the advisory committee for the LGBTQ Youth Crisis Support Center, Ddingdong, publishes materials on access to healthcare and welfare services for PLHIV, creates and disseminates online education materials, and provides peer counseling training for PLHIV.

Sinnaneun Center — Korea LGBTQ+ Culture Arts & Human Rights Center — is the first registered nonprofit corporate foundation in South Korea. The center aims to advocate respect for cultural diversity and for the fundamental human rights of the LGBTQ+ community including PLWHA, and promote cultural diversity of sexual minorities through artistic and cultural productions. Sinnaneun Center has hosted the Seoul International PRIDE Film Festival, Fair, Gala, Academy, Stage, and more.
HARMONY HOME FOUNDATION TAIWAN 台灣關愛之家
Harmony Home Foundation, Taiwan is committed to providing shelter, care, treatment access and support for people living with and children affected by HIV in Taiwan. With six halfway houses established across Taiwan, Harmony Home now houses 140 individuals, including HIV-positive patients with disabilities, recovering intravenous drug users, HIV-positive women released from prison, men who have sex with men, migrant workers and foreigners. As active proponents in advocating for the rights of people living with HIV and AIDS, or PLWHA, Harmony Home conducts HIV education and prevention campaigns which focuses on sharing life experiences to the general public to foster better understanding of HIV facts, and in turn reducing stigma and discrimination against PLWHAs.
HIV EDUCATION AND RESEARCH TAIWAN (H.E.A.R.T.) 社團法人台灣新滋識同盟
H.E.A.R.T. (HIV Education and Research Taiwan, 新滋識同盟) was founded in 2016 in Taipei, Taiwan by a group of infection disease specialists, frontline HIV/AIDS healthcare workers, and LGBTQ community members.
Its mission is to help break down the stigma and bring an end to the AIDS epidemic in Taiwan through novel strategies targeting the younger generation, specifically by providing updated scientific evidence to the public and advocating for HIV testing and combination prevention such as condoms, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), and treatment as prevention (U=U).
PERSONS WITH HIV/AIDS RIGHTS ADVOCACY ASSOCIATION OF TAIWAN 社團法人中華民國愛滋感染者權益促進會
Persons with HIV/AIDS Rights Advocacy Association of Taiwan, or PRAA, established in 1997, is the first nonprofit, self-help organization set up by and for PLWHA, along with family, friends, and HIV advocates in Taiwan. PRAA assists PLWHA and HIV-affected families by advocating for their basic human rights such as access to accommodation, employment, education, and equal access to healthcare. The association also promotes HIV prevention and improvements in access to treatment. PRAA envisions a good quality of life for PLWHA and a society without prejudice and discrimination.
TAIWAN AIDS FOUNDATION 財團法人台灣紅絲帶基金會
Taiwan AIDS Foundation was founded in 2005. It is one of the biggest NGOs focused on AIDS prevention in Taiwan. Since its establishment, the foundation has focused on issues such as sexual health care and education, HIV/AIDS awareness and gender equality. The foundation also provides LGBTQ+ friendly counseling, and education on HIV/AIDS prevention. It aims to establish a platform for LGBTQ+ communities and to connect, reconstruct and sustain a network of sexual minorities.
TAIWAN GDI ASSOCIATION 社團法人台灣基地協會
Founded in 2013, Taiwan GDi Association is based in Taichung as the sole LGBTQ+ organization in the center of Taiwan. Situated between the two capital cities of Taipei and Kaohsiung, Taiwan GDi aims to provide equal access to resources for the LGBTQ+ community in the Taiwan’s central area. The association also provides all-around service for the community, including family member consultation, physical and mental health care, HIV education, screening and case management.
TAIWAN LOURDES ASSOCIATION 台灣露德協會
Taiwan Lourdes Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to HIV/AIDS related fields and provides various services for PLWHA. The association’s goal is to improve the quality of life of PLWHA through various care, support services, and programs. The association also advocates for human rights of PLWHA and empowers them to improve their general wellbeing. Its Taipei and Taichung Friendship Centers provide a wide array of services for the PLWHA community and family, welcoming over thousands of clients visiting yearly from diverse groups across various ethnicities and ages.
TAIWAN LOVE AND HOPE ASSOCIATION 社團法人台灣愛之希望協會
Established in 1999, the Taiwan Love and Hope Association is the first AIDS NGO in southern Taiwan. The Association works to prevent HIV transmission through gender-based human rights promotions and community-based organization. The association established its first LGBTQ center, “Sunshine Queer Center” in 2009 in Kaohsiung, followed by “South Rainbow Street NO.6” in Tainan in 2012, and in 2017, “HERO” — Healing, Empowerment, Recovery of Chemsex. HERO is an integrated health center dedicated to issues pertaining sexual health and substance use.
FOUNDATION FOR EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT ပညာရေးနှင့်ဖွံဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးဖောင်ဒေးရှင်း
The Foundation for Education and Development (FED) moved to Phang Nga province after the 2004 Tsunami to offer emergency assistance to affected Burmese migrants. Since then, FED has addressed long-term needs of the marginalized Burmese migrant community in Thailand by working to improve their access to social services, human rights, and economic opportunities.
LOVE FOUNDATION
Love Foundation is locally registered in the Northern Thailand city, Chiang Mai, with a satellite operation in Bangkok. Formed in 2016 by a longtime MSM activist, the Foundation aims to improve access to testing and treatment for MSM in Thailand through a combination of community mobilization, direct service provision, and advocacy to both government and private organizations. We currently have six staff members with expertise in HIV prevention education, community mobilization, and social media. Love Foundation campaigns for sexual health awareness, HIV prevention, and social mobilization within the MSM community. Our organization makes a difference through social media outreach, and we aspire to radically reduce new HIV infections in Thailand by providing accurate information, advice and counseling on HIV/AIDS, and other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) to as many people as possible.
CENTER FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT TRUNG TÂM NGHIÊN CỨU PHÁT TRIỂN Y TẾ CỘNG ĐỒNG
Center for Community Health Research and Development (CCRD) is a Vietnamese NGO specialized in community and public health promotion and development. CCRD is a founding member, and the current Chair of the Partnership for Health Equity (PAHE) group, a network of Vietnamese NGOs and Academic institutions devoted to health equity promotion. Founded in 2002, CCRD has received a number of awards of merit from the Vietnamese Government for our health and development programs in Vietnam. Our mission is to contribute to the improvement and equity of healthcare and social advancement for all Vietnamese people through a systematic and sustainable approach that emphasizes capacity building, and is sensitive to cultural differences. CCRD’s intervention and research prioritizes women children, and vulnerable and disadvantaged population groups.
THE CENTER FOR APPLIED RESEARCH FOR MEN AND COMMUNITY HEALTH (CARMAH) TRUNG TÂM NGHIÊN CỨU VÀ ỨNG DỤNG SỨC KHỎE NAM GIỚI VÀ CỘNG ĐỒNG
The Center for Applied Research for Men and Community Health (CARMAH) is a non-governmental organization based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Made of, by, and for gay, bisexual men, and transgender women, CARMAH’s mission is to improve the health and quality of life of Vietnamese gay, bisexual men, transgender people, and men who have sex with men.
Since 2012, CARMAH has been active in research and community interventions on sexual health, and issues surrounding HIV and STI among the LGBTQ+ community. CARMAH offers evidence-based health interventions and is a well-reputed research center in Vietnam with working relationships with local health authorities, public and private health service providers, and MSM community based-organizations in Ho Chi Minh City.
VIETNAM NETWORK OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV (VNP+) MẠNG LƯỚI NGƯỜI SỐNG VỚI HIV VIỆT NAM
VNP+ is abbreviation of the Vietnam Network of People living with HIV (PLHIV) that represents PLHIV groups in Vietnam. VNP+ is an organization run by, and for, PLHIV that works to advocate for the rights of HIV positive individuals, including access to treatment, care and support, fight stigma and discrimination, and HIV prevention interventions. VNP+ was officially established in 2008 and legally registered under the name of Action Center for People living with HIV (ACPplus) in 2009. VNP+ consists 167 PLHIV groups across Vietnam.
GTO Pakistan
Good Thinkers Organization (GTO) is an advocacy and development non-governmental organization, working to advance the rights and development of women, children and the transgender community in the province of Punjab-Pakistan since 2003. To date, the organization has implemented more than 43 projects, funded by different national and international donors and organizations.
HIV AND AIDS SUPPORT HOUSE (HASH)
HIV and AIDS Support House (HASH) is a non-profit organization in the Philippines driven mainly by volunteers. Its mission is to empower Filipino communities and to ensure that people most affected by HIV have access to support and are able to live quality lives. HASH has brought several innovations to the Philippines like community-based HIV screening and is currently working with its partners to make pre-exposure prophylaxis (PREP) more accessible for Filipino communities.
PROJECT X
Project X is a local non-governmental organization that strives to protect and advocate for sex workers’ rights. It provides financial, emotional, legal and medical support to the community, and advocates for legislative changes that will ensure long term changes. Project X places fostering of close relationships with the community at the forefront of what they do and centering the voices of sex workers and key allies.

Founded in 1988, Action for AIDS (AfA) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to fighting HIV infection and AIDS in Singapore. Changsha Zonda-Sunshine was established in 2004 to provide HIV prevention and treatment, chronic disease care, and psychological counseling for sexual minority groups. The organization has set up 3 medical social workstations in Changsha, providing an average of 4,000 HIV testing services and caring for 500 infected people every year. It also conducts several special scientific research initiatives to curb the spread of AIDS.

Home of Loving Care, based in Beijing Youan Hospital, was founded in November 1998 and registered as a non-governmental organization in December 2012. The organization was one of the first in China to develop care facilities for people living with HIV and focuses its efforts on engaging with high-risk population groups and teenagers.

Beijing Love Without Borders is committed to creating a world without discrimination and AIDS. In addition to its work at providing free information and professional support to help the gay community, it supports community-based organizations at promoting solutions for people living with HIV. As the first organization in mainland China to join the U=U global consensus network, it took the lead in promoting U=U and PrEP in China in 2017. The U=U China AIDS Community Network, launched by Love Without Borders in 2018, has grown to become the largest, most dynamic, and influential communication and collaboration platform for HIV-community based organizations in China.

Beijing AI Xing publicizes work for the prevention of HIV transmission, and mainly assists at-high-risk, active, and vulnerable groups such as AIDS, MSM, university students and migrant workers in Beijing as well as its surrounding provinces. The organization also conducts behavior intervention programs, peer education initiatives, psychological programs, and various sports activities.

Chengdu Tongle Social Work Service Center is a community-based, non-profit organization with a mission to help the MSM community better deal with HIV/AIDS. It provides education on HIV prevention, behavior intervention, and other counseling needs for the MSM community, and its exemplary work has also been lauded by UNAIDS and the WHO. It has provided professional medical social work services to the PLWH community since 2002, making it one of the earliest community-based organizations providing HIV/AIDS-related care in mainland China.

Team Dugong Bughaw, Inc. is a nonprofit youth organization in Iloilo City, Philippines that works with young key populations to mainstream well-informed dialogues on sexual and reproductive health, human rights, and mental health. The name dugong bughaw means having a healthier perspective towards commonly considered taboo topics such as HIV, STIs, teenage pregnancy, mental health, and sexual and reproductive health. The name represents an invitation to be part of a movement that promotes a stigma-free attitude towards young people living with HIV or are affected by HIV to create a safer society that values education and condemns discrimination.
Sustained Health Initiatives of the Philippines (SHIP)
The Sustained Health Initiatives of the Philippines (SHIP) is a non-profit organization offering client-centered, innovative HIV healthcare programs. Its primary care clinic provides a range of services, including PrEP, PEP, telemedicine, and electronic medical records. SHIP's commitment to evidence-based sexual health services has resulted in high treatment retention rates. The TelePrEP program showcases SHIP's integration of modern healthcare solutions for diverse populations.
SHIP is a sub-recipient of the Global Fund's PROTECTS SCALEUP V2, expanding HIV prevention nationwide. Its SAIL clinic model, funded by USAID, PEPFAR, and EpiC, offers specialized services for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Additionally, SHIP received a grant from Gilead’s Asia-Pacific Rainbow Grant to create a network addressing the mental health and social welfare needs of LGBTQIA+ people living with HIV.
Inti Muda Indonesia
Inti Muda Indonesia is an organization of young key population (key population under 30 years old) and young PLHIV. Currently, Inti Muda Indonesia is working on the HIV response in 10 provinces in Indonesia as Province Secretary such as North Sumatera, Riau, Jakarta Greater, West Java, East Java, East Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, Bali, Riau, Maluku, and Papua. Each province has its own organizational structure and members. Led by young people itself, Inti Muda Indonesia structural organization starts with young key populations as the members spread across 10 provinces in Indonesia as well as the national secretary which also consists of all young key populations under 30 years old.
Currently Inti Muda Indonesia is supported by GILEAD Rainbow Fund for I’M Here program, which aims to increase the visibility of the young key population in Indonesia through several interventions such as training, campaign, and research.

The Association of People Living with HIV (APLHIV)-Pakistan is a nationwide network supporting people living with HIV and key populations. Founded in 2008, APLHIV addresses human rights issues and enhances the quality of life for these individuals. Its Federal Secretariat in Islamabad collaborates with national and international organizations to share HIV resources and form partnerships, improving the impact of efforts against the HIV epidemic. APLHIV works with national and provincial structures, regional partners, INGOs, and the UN system on various projects. Recently, APLHIV has become a national research agency providing evidence to policymakers to combat HIV and improve community quality of life.

We have worked on the communities for people with HIV with empowerment and services since 2012. Simultaneously, we also actively hold various activities on HIV-related issues such as providing health education and medical companionship as well as mental counseling, all for the best interests to the rights and advocate actions of the communities.
